Welcome to Habesha Gebeya. By accessing or using our multi-vendor marketplace website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Marketplace Structure

Habesha Gebeya is a multi-vendor online marketplace. We provide a platform connecting independent third-party vendors ("Vendors") with customers. When you purchase an item from a Vendor, the contract for sale is formed directly between you and the Vendor. Habesha Gebeya acts as a platform host and payment collection facilitator.

2. Accounts and Security

If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Local Area Scope

Local Delivery is strictly restricted to designated cities within Metro Denver (Denver, Aurora, Englewood, Centennial, Littleton, Greenwood Village, and Commerce City). Orders placed for delivery to any other address will be rejected or restricted to Store Pickup from our Denver storefront.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are set by the individual Vendors. Prices do not include local sales taxes or delivery charges, which will be computed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Limitations of Liability

Habesha Gebeya does not manufacture, store, or inspect any of the products sold through our storefront. We make no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by independent Vendors. Any claims related to products must be directed to the respective Vendor.

6. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Habesha Gebeya, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages (e.g., order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications) at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You can unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. For help or support, reply HELP to any message or contact us at stayonpath1@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
